This endpoint comes with a Rate Limit: 10 request per 15 minutes per unique IP address.

With this endpoint, you can trigger a Low data notification webhook event with mock data to your opted-in webhook URL. This is useful during the testing/integration phase where you can test your server when receiving such events.

"iccid" - string optional
